Q. What are our Freight charges?

A. For orders exceeding $50 net, no freight charge nationwide. For orders under this amount, minimal freight is charged at cost.


Q. Do we have a minimum order quantity?

A. No. You can order as little or as much as you wish


Q. What are our standard delivery times?

A. North Island – Order before 2pm and receive next working day

South Island – Order before 2pm and receive in 2-3 working days

There are exceptions:

  • for Rural areas allow an extra day
  • for Auckland city if you order before 8:30 you can request delivery that same afternoon
  • if you order after the times set out above, allow an extra day
  • Waiheke Island – allow 2-3 working days

Q. Do we have Bathroom amenity products that are truly Biodegradable?

A. Yes. Phone today for full information on our ERP range which are biodegradable


Q. Are we able to be your one-stop-supplier?

A. Yes! We have almost everything including a Star Line Interior division which can help with all furniture and fit-out requirements.


Q. Do we hold in stock all that we sell?

A. We have here in our warehouse 75% of what we sell. Obviously furniture and fit-out related products are made or sourced to specific requirements.
