"The 'Dear Guest' PVC sign has helped our business by defining a process for our guests to follow. Where before, we would leave guest towels that were hanging only to be asked later by the guest for new towels, we now don’t seem to have that problem. They now know that leaving their towels hanging means we won’t change them. We find that some guests will choose to have new towels every day rather than reuse towels but at least this sign makes them think about that choice and directs them clearly with what to do in either case."
"The No Smoking sign has stopped guests sneaking a smoke in the rooms. We haven’t had that problem since displaying the sign."
